24 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment time or If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be billed a fee of $30 (Caremore / Anthem members are excluded from this fees) or any members with known Alzheimers or Dementia.
Cancellation fees will also be waived in the event of a medical emergency, a death in the family or a natural disaster.
